Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your exchange to be accepted.
All exchanges must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an exchange. Refunds are not permitted. All approved exchanges must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
